My favorite part of building a company is designing the systems behind growth, including funnels, lifecycle journeys, segmentation, tracking, and internal workflows that make teams more efficient and measurable.

More recently, I’ve been applying AI and automation to operationalize those systems faster, connecting tools, reducing manual work, and helping lean teams execute with more leverage without losing judgment.
